Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Cecethreads reserves the right to cancel or refund an order due to pricing errors, inventory or material issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Made-to-Order Products

Cecethreads products are made to order based on the options selected by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their size, color, design, and all other selections before submitting an order.

Sizing

Size charts are provided as a guide and should be reviewed before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for selecting the size that best meets their needs. Cecethreads cannot guarantee fit based solely on a customer's usual size.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery times are outside of Cecethreads’ control. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided with their order.

Returns & Refunds

Because Cecethreads products are made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or were made incorrectly.

Approved returns must be received before a refund is issued. Refunds are issued minus the original shipping cost of $8.

Colors & Product Appearance

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, monitor or phone settings, and differences between garment or thread batches.

Minor variations in embroidery placement or appearance may also occur as part of the handmade or made-to-order nature of our products.

Product Availability & Pricing

Products, colors, sizes, designs, and pricing may be changed, updated, or discontinued at any time.

Cecethreads reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other website information.

Intellectual Property

All Cecethreads branding, logos, original designs, product photography, graphics, written content, and other website content are the property of Cecethreads or are used with permission.

This content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Website Use

The Cecethreads website may not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
