At CeceThreads, our products are made to order based on the options you select at checkout. Because each piece is made just for you, we only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged or were made incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that was made incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form or by emailing support@cecethreads.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Once the approved return is received, your refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost of $8.

Customer-Selected Options

Please carefully review your size, color, design, and all other selected options before placing your order. Because our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for incorrect selections made by the customer.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering. Size charts are provided as a guide, and Cecethreads cannot guarantee fit based solely on your usual size.
