Processing Time

Cecethreads products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

If an unexpected delay occurs that may affect your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery times after shipment are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of Cecethreads’ control.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, Cecethreads is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, or if you experience another carrier-related delivery issue, please contact USPS directly using the tracking information provided for your order.
