Cecethreads started with a love for finding secondhand pieces and has grown into a shop that combines two things I genuinely love: curated secondhand clothing and embroidered pieces inspired by real life.

The Thrifted Side

The thrifted side of Cecethreads is more than just digging through racks and finding pieces you love for a fraction of retail. It is also about giving them another life. I handpick quality secondhand pieces in a wide range of styles and sizes, with a focus on making thrifting feel fun, affordable, and size inclusive. Choosing secondhand also means keeping perfectly wearable clothing in closets and out of landfills. Every piece that gets loved again is one less item going to waste - and I think that's extremely important. Good clothes deserve another chapter and hopefully their next one is with you.

Our embroidered collections are inspired by the things we think, feel, love, laugh about, and occasionally mutter under our breath — everyday humor, seasonal moods, motherhood, caffeine, feelings, sarcasm, and all the little parts of being a person.

Collections change throughout the year, with new sayings, seasonal favorites, and everyday thoughts embroidered onto pieces designed to be fun, cozy, and wearable.

I love that something as simple as a sweatshirt can make a stranger laugh, make your friend say “That is SO you,” or perfectly describe your mood without you having to say a word.
