Shipping and processing times are not the same thing. Please refer to processing times stated on the home page. Cecethreads is not responsible for FedEx, USPS, UPS delays, missing packages, or incorrect addresses. Any returned packages due to wrong shipping address or any reason out of our control, the buyer will be responsible for new shipping. Returns or refunds are not allowed for this reason.
